Product Description

Ceramic hoses have ceramic pieces in the internal structure, that make hoses have good wear resistance. They are suitable for the harshest sea or mining conditions. Compared with armoured discharge hoses, they have better wear resistance.

Working principle:

 

High-quality wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized inside the hose using an advanced vulcanization process. Multi-layer high-strength cords ensure that the pipeline has good compression resistance. It is not only abrasion resistant, but also retains the soft characteristics of rubber tubes, and it's generally used to isolate mechanical vibration or connect non-fixed equipment.

Widely used in thermal power plants, cement plants, ore dressing plants, anti-corrosion chemicals, coal powder and slurry conveying systems, and also used in port and river for dredging sand suction vessels, concrete pump trucks, etc.

 

This ceramic wear-resistant rubber hose is a heavy-duty transfer solution engineered for extreme abrasive media handling, combining the ultra-hard wear resistance of ceramic with the toughness and flexibility of reinforced rubber. It is specially designed to solve the problem of rapid hose wear caused by the transfer of high-hardness, high-solid-content media, and is widely used in mining, dredging, metallurgy, construction and other industrial sectors with harsh abrasive working conditions, far exceeding the service life of ordinary rubber hoses and reducing long-term operation and replacement costs.

The hose adopts a ceramic-rubber composite structure with scientific layer design, each layer is closely bonded and synergistically stressed, ensuring both super wear resistance and on-site practicality:

 

1. Inner Lining Layer: High-density industrial alumina ceramic tile lining, with extremely high hardness and wear resistance, smooth surface, effectively resisting the scouring and abrasion of sand, gravel, ore powder, slurry and other abrasive media, and reducing flow resistance to ensure unobstructed medium transfer.

 

2. Bonding Layer: High-strength heat-resistant adhesive layer, firmly bonding the ceramic lining and the rubber layer, no delamination or falling off even under frequent vibration, bending and high-speed medium impact.

 

3. Reinforcement Layer: Multiple layers of high-tensile textile cord and optional steel wire helix reinforcement, providing excellent pressure-bearing capacity and anti-collapse performance, adapting to both positive pressure delivery and negative pressure suction working conditions.

 

4. Outer Rubber Layer: Wear-resistant, anti-tear, weather-resistant synthetic rubber, effectively resisting mechanical impact, UV radiation, ozone aging and harsh outdoor environment erosion, protecting the internal structure and extending the overall service life of the hose.

 

The whole hose is formed by advanced vulcanization and bonding technology, with compact structure, stable performance, no cracking or ceramic falling off during use, and can adapt to frequent bending and on-site maneuvering operations.
